Calls to numbers listed on our Sites may be tracked and recorded for quality and record-keeping. We use the information to connect you with a local service provider, respond to and follow up on your request, operate and improve the Sites, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

When you submit a request, we share your information with one or more independent, local, licensed service providers so they can contact you about your request. We also share information with companies that help us operate, such as hosting, phone, email, and analytics providers, and we may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information for money.
How you may be contacted
By submitting your information, you agree that we and the local provider we connect you with may contact you by phone and email about your request. You can ask not to be contacted at any time by emailing katie@traderouteleads.com.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing katie@traderouteleads.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Once your information has already been shared with a provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly.
Data retention and security
We keep submitted information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Our Sites are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of traderouteleads.com and the local service websites we operate (the "Sites"), operated by Katies Threads LLC doing business as Trade Route Leads ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Sites or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.
Nature of the service
We provide a lead referral and information service. We are not a service contractor and we do not perform the underlying services advertised on our Sites. We connect people who request service with independent, third-party local providers who perform that work. Those providers are not our employees or agents. Any agreement, estimate, price, schedule, warranty, or work is solely between you and the provider, and we are not a party to and not responsible for any transaction or dispute between you and a provider, or for a provider's availability, licensing, insurance, pricing, conduct, or results.
Consent to be contacted
When you submit your information, you authorize us to share it with one or more local providers, and you consent to be contacted by us and by those providers by phone and email regarding your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Calls to numbers on our Sites may be tracked and recorded.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Sites only for legitimate service requests, and not to misuse the Sites, submit false information, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Sites and their content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse the content without our permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Sites and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any provider will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of the Sites or your dealings with any provider. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Sites will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Katies Threads LLC and Trade Route Leads from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Sites, your submissions, or your dealings with any provider.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
